- 1 can (about 4 oz) sardines with skin and bones, drained well
- Mix with 1 T fresh lemon juice
- 1 T grated onion
- 1/4 t sea salt (I leave the salt out)
- 1 T tahini
- 1 1/2 T chopped parsley.
Mash with a fork until well blended. Spread on whole rye crackers and grind some pepper on top.
