Tuna or Seafood Salad
- 1 jar or can of good quality wild caught tuna or 6 ounces crab meat & chopped shrimp
- 2 tablespoons of crème fraiche
- 2 teaspoons of mustard
- ½ of stalk of celery, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon capers - optional
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped red, orange, or yellow bell pepper
- sea salt & pepper
Mix all ingredients. Eat by itself or on sourdough bread.
