tuna salad sandwich

Tuna or Seafood Salad

  • 1 jar or can of good quality wild caught tuna or 6 ounces crab meat & chopped shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons of crème fraiche
  • 2 teaspoons of mustard
  • ½ of stalk of celery, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon capers - optional
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped red, orange, or yellow bell pepper
  • sea salt & pepper

Mix all ingredients. Eat by itself or on sourdough bread.
