Raw Kale Salad
- 1 lb. kale
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 tbs. extra virgin olive oil
- any additives: avocado, tomato, nuts, seeds, cheese, etc.
De-bone and cut up the kale. Add salt and lemon juice. Massage kale until soft. Add other ingredients and enjoy!
