raw kale salad

Raw Kale Salad

  • 1 lb. kale
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tbs. extra virgin olive oil
  • any additives: avocado, tomato, nuts, seeds, cheese, etc.

De-bone and cut up the kale. Add salt and lemon juice. Massage kale until soft. Add other ingredients and enjoy!
