
Colleen's Nut Mylk Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup nuts (raw) that have been soaked over night in LIGHTLY salted water. Rinse and discard the water
- 2 – 3 cups pure filtered water (this will depend on how concentrated you like your mylk)
- A dash of vanilla extract
Put the drained nuts into the blender with 1 cup of the filtered water. Blend well for about 1 minute on high. Add the remaining water and continue to blend it until it is all frothy and bubbly. You may then strain the nut meats from your mylk. Chill and enjoy.
**Special note** This needs to be consumed with in a day or two.
