Coconut Kefir Drink
- 8 oz kefir
- 2 tablespoons wheat germ
- 2-3 oz of coconut milk or coconut cream
- 1 tablespoon Mt Capra Mineral Whey
- 1 oz BE Wholegrain liquid
- 1 teaspoon lecithin
- Stevia liquid
Serves 1
Mix together in a glass, add stevia to sweeten and have with breakfast. I drink it as a snack throughout the day. Great before a workout. Add fiber if you like.
