
Gluten-Free Black Bean Brownies
- 2 c. black beans
- 1/4 c. honey
- 3 tbs. coconut oil
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cocoa powder
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. chocolate chips or broken chocolate bar
Mix all ingredients but chocolate chips in a blender until smooth. Pour into a greased 8X8 baking pan.
Sprinkle chocolate over the top. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
